How much will I pay for services after the first year?


After your first year of service, you be charged hosting services only.




Why do I need a hosting plan?


Domains and site hosting are automatic features of our web site packages. Without hosting, sites can not be created using our interface.




Why am I being charged for the hosting plan add-on?


Hosting is offered to new customers as a free service for the first year.




What are product variations?


Product variations represent the varying options in one product. For example, if you sell jeans, you may have a particular style of jeans that has mutiple colors and sizes. Size and color are product variations. Products with multiple variations are best displayed in our Advanced e-commerce store. However, if using the standard packing, using catergories is an alternate method. Though not as streamlined.




Can I have an annual Plan and a monthly add-on subscription?


Plans and add-ons must have the same subscripton type. For example, if you have an annual web site plan, the e-commerice add-on must also be annual. This does not include our hosting plans. You choose either plan type.




Can I switch subscription types?


At any time you can move from a monthly to annual subscription. The money you've paid into your monthly subscription will be couted towards your annual subscriton and you will be charged the difference plus a $10.00 transfer fee. Send your subscription transfer request to plans@goodmanadminservices.com




Can I upgrade my e-commerce package?


At anytime you can upgrade your e-commerce package. What you've paid in your monthly subscription will count toward the upgrade. You will be charged the difference plus a $10.00 transfer fee. Send your upgrade transfer request to plans@goodmanadminservices.com




What happens if my payment method fails?


Life happens; we understand. Should your payment method fail, we will send you a notification. If within 5 days, you have not updated your payment information, your services and access to respective portal(s) will be haulted. At this time we will attempt to reach you once more before completely deactivating your services.




Can I migrate my G.A.S website to another host?


Unfortunately, this option is not available at this time.
